"My passion for naturopathic medicine extends back to my time living in South Korea where I was immersed in diverse health care practices. Now, as a doctor, my mission is to empower people to achieve their health goals, in a natural, inclusive and accessible way. My passion has, and continues to be, to strive for accessibility in health care. I believe it is important that people have health care they can access, and that the health care they obtain is an individual fit. Every one of us is unique and our originality will determine the health care journey we will take together.
My role as a Naturopathic Doula is to primarily provide important emotional, physical and spiritual preparation for birth. I am also a resource to the women and families I work with by helping navigate medical terminology, protocols and systems, while inspiring trust in a woman’sability to Birth. I want to work with you to work on and achieve your health goals. I am here to listen, advise, and participate in your process, wherever that may take us."
Yours in health,
“Life is a journey to help us get to a place of healing.” J.P Smith"
